I just recently read that they can crash your game sometimes if placed indoors (not sure if that issue was fixed) My previous build on the 20x20 lot was a bakery (retail), with a cupcake machine on the second floor, indoors. I was able to place this lot onto a 64圆4 before the most recent update, but when I bulldozed a former retail lot (the left-most 20x20 in Promenade) and tried placing it there, it would crash my computer every time. So I tried placing the 'Leather and Lace' lot (if you search the hashtag #saintsrow in community gallery, you'll find it).
